2. Why work with Vadim?

Taking songs from the idea stage to a fully finished production involves a lot of steps and it's hard to navigate the process alone. Maybe your song needs extra instrumentation that you just can't get yourself. Maybe your song needs a big, modern-sounding mix and you just don't have the time or the tools to do it yourself. Maybe you have the world's greatest chorus and are just struggling with a verse. These are all aspects that we can work on together. Having a partner can feel like a weight is lifted from your shoulders.

3. What equipment do I need to get started?

To work with me, you'll need a computer, an audio interface, a microphone and an internet connection. If access to equipment is a concern, we can work together to find a solution including finding recording studios local to you.

4. What can I expect during my 30 min. phone consultation?

If you’ve sent me your project to listen to and some notes on where you're looking to take it, I'll walk you through my recommendations, including what instrumentation I think should go where. If you're looking to brainstorm about a potential project, we'll talk about your goals for the song, reference tracks and artists, and how I can help you turn your idea into a song. We'll go over any questions you have about the recording, production, mixing or mastering processes and I'll give you some advice on best practices. After we've talked, I'll give you personalized roadmap based on what we discussed that outlines how to end up with the final product you want, whether we end up working together or not!
